Group bookings - by negotiation

Bookings are essential and will be confirmed after clearance of deposit.
Two night minimum stay between Christmas and New Year and during Easter Public Holiday weekend .

DEPOSIT.
Up to 50% of total booking fee per room to $150.00 maximum.

CANCELLATION.
Consideration will be given if wishing to transfer booking to a future date -
if more than 7 days notice given.
14 days notice or less no refund of deposit unless replacement found.

No shows - room will be charged in full.

We regret that facilities are unsuitable for children and pets.

Check in time - from 2 pm (N.S.W. time).
Check out time - by 11am (N.S.W. time).
